Role Description The Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. The role involves planning and executing marketing activities to promote the company's hardware and engineered components, including developing marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor data, supporting sales initiatives with marketing materials, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. The Marketing Executive will manage communication across channels, assist in organizing trade shows or client visits, and track the performance of marketing efforts to optimize future strategies.
Qualifications

• Candidate should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to develop and implement effective promotional strategies.
• Candidate should possess skills in Market Research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor positioning.
• Candidate should possess strong Communication skills to interact with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Candidate should possess Sales and Marketing skills to support lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth.
• Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to analyze data, use basic CRM or marketing tools, and prepare clear reports and presentations.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the hardware, manufacturing, or industrial sector is an advantage.
