Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers, business opportunities and market segments for industrial valves, hoses, dampers and flow-control products.
• Generate leads through market mapping, customer visits, references, exhibitions, digital platforms and direct prospecting.
• Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, engineering consultants, industrial end users, dealers and distributors.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand requirements and generate enquiries.
• Prepare and follow up on technical-commercial quotations, tenders and proposals.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Design and Technical teams for product selection, customization and customer-specific requirements.
• Understand customer applications and recommend suitable valves, hoses, dampers and flow-control solutions.
• Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation enquiry quotation negotiation order dispatch payment follow-up.
• Develop new accounts and increase business share from existing customers.
• Track competitor activities, market trends, pricing and customer requirements.
• Maintain sales pipeline, enquiry status, customer database and sales MIS/CRM.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, customer acquisition and revenue objectives.
