Marketing Executive

We are looking for a confident and proactive Female Marketing Manager to handle customer contacts, generate new business leads, and maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence while speaking with customers, and a strong ability to follow up and convert enquiries into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and allocate customer and prospect contacts systematically.
• Generate new leads through telephone calls, email, WhatsApp, online research, and other marketing channels.
• Contact prospective customers and introduce the company's products and services.
• Speak confidently with purchase, procurement, engineering, maintenance, and project departments.
• Identify customer requirements and generate relevant business enquiries.
• Follow up regularly with prospective customers and existing clients.
• Maintain and update the lead/contact database and CRM/Excel records.
• Track enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and lead status.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for quotations and customer requirements.
• Research new companies, projects, contractors, EPC companies, and potential customers.
• Develop and maintain good professional relationships with customers.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls made, contacts reached, leads generated, and follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned lead-generation and customer-contact targets.

Required Skills

• Strong follow-up skills and persistence.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp and Internet research.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Candidate

• Female candidate with strong communication and convincing skills.
• Experience in B2B marketing, telemarketing, lead generation, inside sales, or industrial marketing will be an advantage.
• Candidates who are comfortable making a high volume of professional calls are preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial products, engineering companies, EPC contractors, or procurement processes will be an added advantage.
