Marketing Executive

Location: Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai

About the Role

Hariom Pipe Industries is looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive to lead on-ground BTL marketing, fabricator meets, dealer engagements, and retail branding campaigns across target markets. The ideal candidate will drive local brand presence, build channel relationships, and execute events within budget.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Fabricator & Channel Meets: Plan, coordinate, and execute FAB Meets, Dealer Meets, and Distributor events, managing everything from invitations to product presentations and gifts.
• On-Ground Branding: Direct shop branding, signboards, wall paintings, display units, and site branding while ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines.
• Events & Local Campaigns: Organize product launches, roadshows, trade exhibitions, and BTL promotional drives in partnership with external vendors and agency partners.
• Market Intelligence & Monitoring: Conduct field visits to track competitor schemes, branding activities, and pricing trends; aggregate market feedback for leadership.
• Budgeting & Reporting: Maintain event calendars, track ROI, archive execution photos, and deliver weekly/monthly reporting within allocated budgets.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 4 to 8 years in BTL marketing, ground branding, event execution, or channel marketing (Building Materials, Steel, or Industrial sectors preferred).
• Core Competencies: Event management, vendor coordination, channel relationship building, budget control, and reporting skills.
