Job Title:* Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

Generate own leads and conduct a minimum of 3 client visits daily to promote ICS services.

Send introductory emails and quotations (via FA-67 online system) on the same day and update the Head Office, Station Manager, and Reporting Manager.

Develop strong relationships with consultants, business associations, and chambers of commerce.

Gather and report market intelligence (e.g., competitor pricing, products, and strategies).

Represent ICS in exhibitions, seminars, and other branding events.

Submit and periodically review individual Annual Marketing Plan.

Manage end-to-end client coordination: from enquiry handling and quotation preparation to final contract execution.

Ensure pricing integrity and secure necessary internal approvals.

Support administrative tasks like tender submissions, EMD/security deposit processing, and credential documentation.

Timely completion and submission of online timesheets (FA-67).

Conduct new employee orientation and induction as needed.

Target: Your monthly target will be generating revenue which is 10 times the Cost to Company (CTC).

Required Skills Competencies

• Good communication and presentation skills (verbal written).
• Confident, presentable, and professional personality.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of ISO standards and certification processes (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel for client meetings and field work.
