Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Market Coverage: Conduct daily field visits to retailers, mechanics, and local distributors to promote Lumineye Automotive products and ensure high brand visibility.
• Secondary Sales & Order Collection: Drive retail sales by securing orders from local counters and ensuring adequate stock availability across the assigned territory.
• Scheme Execution: Clearly communicate and implement distributor and retailer incentive programs (like Turnover Discount schemes) at the ground level.
• Merchandising: Distribute promotional materialssuch as flyers and product postersand ensure product displays are prominently placed at retail shops.
• Market Intelligence & Reporting: Gather feedback on competitor pricing, new product launches, and market trends, while submitting daily activity and sales reports to the Area Manager.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1 to 3 years of direct field sales experience, ideally within the automotive aftermarket, auto components, or FMCG sectors.
• Skills: Strong local networking abilities, persuasive communication, and a target-driven mindset.
• Mobility: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a vehicle for daily local travel.
• Language: Fluency in the local regional language; working knowledge of Hindi or English is a plus.
• Education: Minimum 12th pass (Higher Secondary); a Bachelors degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
