Job PurposeThe Executive Marketing of Marketing To support the execution of branding and public relations initiatives by coordinating media activities, managing event logistics, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely completion of communication deliverables that strengthen brand visibility, enhance stakeholder engagement, and contribute to the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibility

Draft and coordinate press notes, media briefs, event announcements, and communication materials in line with approved messaging and brand guidelines.
Manage logistics and operational arrangements for press conferences, launches, events, sponsorships, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Follow up with agencies, vendors, printers, event partners, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of assigned activities.
Support the planning and execution of branding events, media interactions, exhibitions, and promotional initiatives.
Prepare and maintain periodic reports, media trackers, event status reports, and MIS updates for management review.
Maintain accurate documentation of approvals, press coverage, event records, vendor communications, and communication archives.
Track and coordinate creative assets, branding materials, invitations, giveaways, and event collateral to ensure availability and timely deployment.
Maintain PR and branding calendars, ensuring adherence to planned schedules and follow-up on pending deliverables.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCEEducational QualificationsRelevant Experience MBA in Marketing, Brand Management, Mass
Communication, Public Relations, Advertising,
Or Business Administration from a recognized
institution.
Bachelor & Degree in Marketing, Journalism,
Mass Communication, Public Relations, Media
Studies, English, or related disciplines. 2-3 years of experience in Branding, Public Relations, Corporate, Communications, Marketing, or Media, Relations.
Experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Hospitality, Retail, FMCG, or Corporate Branding environments preferred.

KEY COMPETENCIESTechnical Skills:
