Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote real estate properties across various channels.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement offline marketing campaigns such as open houses, direct mailings, and on-site promotions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create targeted promotional materials and presentations that drive lead generation.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform data-driven marketing decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in real estate marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of ATL/BTL marketing principles and their application in the real estate industry.
• Proven track record of developing effective marketing plans and executing successful promotional campaigns.
