Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals and online platforms.
• Handle inbound leads from Justdial, Indiamart, website and other channels.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand requirements and present suitable product solutions.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals and presentations as per client needs.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, sampling, order processing and timely delivery.
• Prepare Proforma Invoices and Tax Invoices (basic knowledge required).
• Maintain and update customer database, lead tracker and sales records in CRM.
• Handle client queries, resolve issues and ensure smooth order execution.
• Provide timely sales updates and reports to management.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors and new business opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelors Degree with 0-5 year of Experience.
• Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding Marketing.
• Professional yet affable disposition.
• Neat, well-groomed appearance.
• Great networking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
• Emboldened by challenges
