Job Description – Marketing Executive

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, website, and other online platforms.
• Create engaging LinkedIn posts, captions, and marketing content aligned with the company's branding and communication strategy.
• Update website content, banners, landing pages, and marketing visuals to ensure fresh and relevant communication.
• Capture and edit high-quality photographs and videos for corporate branding, employee engagement, interviews, events, and social media.
• Produce short-form videos, reels, promotional clips, testimonials, and other multimedia content.
• Design marketing creatives, infographics, presentations, and promotional materials while maintaining brand consistency.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to improve brand visibility and lead generation.
• Maintain content calendars and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on engagement, website traffic, and content effectiveness.
• Coordinate with Singapore HQ and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of regional and global marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and recommend innovative ideas to improve engagement.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Journalism, Multimedia, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
• Experience managing LinkedIn business pages and creating engaging social media content.
• Basic experience in website content management will be an added advantage.
• A portfolio showcasing photography, videography, graphic design, or content creation work is preferred.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong photography and videography skills.
• Knowledge of video editing and graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
• Excellent content writing and copywriting skills.
• Good understanding of social media marketing, especially LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of website content updates and digital marketing.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions and with international stakeholders.
