Responsibilities

• Responsible for lead generation
• Cold-calling and taking follow-ups of leads
• Handling customer escalation through calls and emails
• Performing social media marketing on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
• Running paid campaigns
• Email and WhatsApp marketing
• Creative designing and content writing for social media

Requirements

• BBA / MBA in Marketing
• Digital Marketing qualification would be a plus
• Prior experience in cold calling is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Hands-on knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
