Job Summary:

IES University is looking for smart, energetic, proactive and result-oriented individuals for our Admissions & Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit schools, colleges, coaching institutes and educational centres for student outreach.
• Collect quality student/prospect data and generate admission leads.
• Promote IES University courses and admission opportunities.
• Build relationships with schools, colleges, teachers, counsellors and coaching institutes.
• Counsel students and parents and guide them through the admission process.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
• Maintain daily field visit, lead and admission reports.
• Identify new opportunities and proactively develop new admission sources.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/Marketing qualification will be an advantage.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Smart, confident, proactive and self-motivated.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on results.
• Comfortable with field visits and meeting new people.
• Candidates with experience in education sales, field marketing, admissions, counselling or business development will be preferred.
