Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive with 2-3 years of experience in industrial product marketing, specifically air-cooled heat exchangers. The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to the oil & gas sector and a strong understanding of technical product positioning, customer engagement, and market development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for air-cooled heat exchangers in the oil & gas industry.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare technical marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and case studies tailored to industry clients.
- Support sales teams with lead generation, proposal development, and customer presentations.
- Build and maintain relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers in the oil & gas sector.
- Coordinate participation in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and technical seminars.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align marketing efforts with technical capabilities.
- Track and report marketing performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
- 2-3 years of marketing experience in industrial equipment, preferably heat exchangers or related products.
- Strong knowledge of oil & gas industry dynamics and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate technical product features into customer-focused value propositions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Preferred Attributes
- Prior experience working with EPCs, refineries, or process plants.
- Technical understanding of heat exchanger design and applications.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
