Position Description: We're looking for a Web Developer with 1-2 years of hands-on experience to join our web operations team and help build, maintain, and optimize ibeam.ai and Attentive.ai's Webflow properties. You'll work closely with design, product & content marketing, and SEO to ship polished, high-performing web experiences - from custom interactive components to site-wide performance improvements.

This is a hands-on, build-things role. You'll spend your time inside Webflow's Designer and Style panel, writing custom code in Embed blocks, and debugging real production issues across hundreds of live pages.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop landing pages - Build and maintain landing pages that convert, from paid campaign pages to organic and evergreen ones, iterating on layout and copy placement as needs evolve.
• Publish Webflow CMS content - Manage the flow of blogs, case studies, news, and podcast content through the Webflow CMS, keeping collections structured and consistent as the content library grows.
• Create and manage reusable components - Build modular, reusable Webflow components (sections, symbols, patterns) so new pages can be assembled quickly without reinventing the wheel each time.
• GSAP animations - Bring interactivity to key pages with GSAP-powered animations - scroll-driven reveals, parallax effects, and micro-interactions - delivered through clean custom JS in Embed blocks.
• Performance optimization - Help diagnose and fix what's slowing the site down: render-blocking third-party scripts, oversized assets, and other issues surfaced through Lighthouse audits.
• Responsive web layouts - Ensure every page holds up across breakpoints, from desktop down to mobile, with attention to real-device testing rather than just the browser preview.
• Website audits and bug fixes - Take part in regular audits to catch broken links, layout issues, and cross-browser inconsistencies, and fix them before they hit users.
• Collaborate with the SEO team - Partner with SEO on technical fixes - alt text, metadata, redirects, page structure - to keep the site healthy from a search perspective.
• Leverage AI to work faster - Use AI tools wherever they genuinely speed up day-to-day work - from coding and content to audits and QA - and bring in automation wherever a repetitive task can be streamlined.
• UI/UX research and improvements - Regularly review the site's UI/UX, benchmark against competitors and industry patterns, and spot friction points in how users move through key flows. Bring proactive, actionable suggestions to the table to make the overall experience smoother and more effective.
