Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic, goal-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our team in Thane. In this role, you will be responsible for driving B2B outreach through cold calls, nurturing existing client relationships, managing customer databases, and coordinating closely with our field/location sales teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a target-driven environment and possesses excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• B2B Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Conduct cold calls to prospective business clients to introduce our products, identify key decision-makers, and generate qualified leads.
• Database Management: Maintain, update, and organize an accurate database of prospect accounts, call logs, and customer interactions in the system.
• Sales Coordination: Coordinate smoothly with location sales managers/representatives by transferring qualified leads and scheduling client appointments.
• Goodwill & Relationship Calling: Perform goodwill calls to existing and prospective clients to build trust, maintain long-term relationships, and gather feedback.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead generation and outreach targets.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B tele-calling, inside sales, or cold calling.
• Communication: Strong verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive phone etiquette in English and Hindi (local language proficiency is a plus).
• Target-Driven: Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed monthly performance metrics and sales targets.
• Organizational Skills: Proficiency in maintaining client databases and working with CRM tools or MS Excel.
• Work Arrangement: Willingness to work 5 days a week from our Thane office.
