Collect and report customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitor insights to the management team.

Support business development and sales teams by providing qualified leads and relevant market information.

Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.

Maintain accurate records of daily field visits, leads generated, customer interactions, follow-ups, and marketing activities.

Prepare and submit regular marketing activity and performance reports to the reporting manager.

Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of customer and market-related activities.
