Aryabhata Ashram is hiring an energetic and target-oriented Marketing Executive for field sales and offline marketing. The candidate will interact with UPSC aspirants, build institutional relationships, and execute activities that generate qualified enquiries, admissions, and revenue for our Mathematics Optional and CSAT programmes.

• Location: Old Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi; regular field movement required
• Employment Type: Full-time, on-site and field-based
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in field sales or a marketing executive role
• Salary: As per experience and interview.
Key Responsibilities
• Interact with students and understand their preparation needs to present suitable courses and services.
• Plan and execute field-sales visits and marketing campaigns in UPSC-focused areas, libraries, hostels, PGs, colleges and study spaces.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up leads; convert enquiries into admissions and achieve assigned monthly revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, library owners, institutional partners and local influencers. • Organise seminars, counselling sessions, demo-class promotions, workshops and other student-engagement activities.
• Execute offline activities such as leaflet distribution, standees, information desks, local partnerships and promotional drives.
• Conduct market research on student needs, competitor offerings, pricing, outreach locations and campaign opportunities.
• Maintain accurate daily records of visits, leads, follow-ups, conversions, expenses, and campaign results.
• Coordinate with faculty and the internal team to communicate course information accurately and improve campaign performance.
Eligibility and Skills
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in field sales, business development, or marketing executive work. • Graduate in any discipline preferred; experience in education, EdTech or coaching will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable meeting new people, travelling locally and working extensively in the field.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and accountable for lead conversion and revenue outcomes.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, lead tracking and sales reporting.
