Marketing Executive - (Diagnostics Sales) Nashik, Raipur and Jaipur

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development

• Promote diagnostic and laboratory services to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Identify potential customers and develop strategies to increase test volumes.
• Conduct regular visits to healthcare providers and maintain strong professional relationships.

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, and corporate clients.
• Address client queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Marketing Activities

• Organize doctor meets, health camps, CME programs, and promotional activities.
• Implement marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and patient referrals.
• Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and industry trends.

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain records of daily visits, leads generated, and business converted.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with operations, laboratory, and customer service teams for smooth service delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

• 1 to 5 years of experience in Diagnostic Sales, Healthcare Sales, Pharma Sales, or Healthcare Marketing.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
