• Conduct market surveys to understand farmer needs and competitor activities.
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences.

2. Product Promotion

• Promote organic fertilizers through demonstrations, field visits, and farmer meetings.
• Organize awareness campaigns, exhibitions, agricultural fairs, and seminars.
• Develop promotional materials such as brochures, banners, and social media content.

3. Brand Building

• Increase brand visibility in target regions.
• Coordinate digital marketing activities including social media, WhatsApp campaigns, and local advertising.
• Create marketing strategies to improve customer engagement.

4. Customer Education

• Educate farmers about the benefits of organic fertilizers.
• Provide guidance on product usage, dosage, and application methods.
• Conduct training programs for dealers and distributors.

5. Market Intelligence

• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.
