Marketing Executive (B2B Pharma Chemicals)

Role & responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2B pharma & chemical sector
• Handle incoming enquiries and convert leads into sales
• Prepare and share quotations with customers
• Follow up with clients for order closure and repeat business
• Communicate with domestic and international customers via email and calls
• Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, production, logistics) for order execution
• Maintain and update CRM / ERP records (leads, opportunities, orders)
• Conduct market research and track competitor activities
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Preferred candidate profile:

• MBA Markeing and B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or Pharmaceuticals (mandatory)
• 02-05 years of experience in B2B pharma chemicals sales/marketing (freshers can apply)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of chemical products and industry
• Good email drafting and client handling skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive attitude
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP tools (ERPNext preferred)
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
