    Governance & Cross-functional Program Management

    - Partner with Digital Intelligence and AI / Automation teams where technology can improve program effectiveness or scalability.
    Success Measures
    - Adoption of priority frameworks across target divisions and countries.
    - Pilot-to-scale cycle time and reuse of common playbooks / processes.
    - Maturity improvement of participating businesses against defined Marketing Excellence benchmarks.
    - Demonstrated commercial impact through relevant measures such as pipeline, revenue, NPI performance, customer engagement or productivity.
    Minimum Qualifications

    - Ability to translate strategic frameworks into practical operating models, playbooks and scalable programs.
    - Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, change-management, analytical and executive communication skills.
    - Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment, manage competing priorities and independently drive programs to completion.
    Preferred Qualifications
    - Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry or related technical degree.
    - MBA or equivalent postgraduate business qualification preferred; MBA combined with a Science / Technical degree is a significant advantage.

    - Experience in life sciences, applied sciences, industrial markets, scientific instrumentation, diagnostics or healthcare-related businesses.
    - Experience implementing Marketing Excellence, Commercial Excellence, NPI, KOL / Customer Advocacy, lifecycle marketing or transformation programs.
