About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Identify potential corporate clients, IT companies, business parks, manufacturing companies, and other organizations.
- Generate business leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and field visits.
- Contact potential clients and introduce our services.
- Coordinate meetings with HR, Administration, Facilities, Procurement, EHS, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for suitable service solutions.
- Assist in preparing company presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials.
- Follow up with prospective clients regarding meetings, proposals, and business opportunities.
OHC Services
Develop a basic understanding of our services, including:
- On-site nursing services
- Doctor/Medical Officer services
- Pharmacy and pharmaceutical support
- First-aid and emergency healthcare support
- Corporate health and wellness services
- Occupational healthcare services
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of marketing and business development.

- Ability to communicate with corporate clients.

- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and marketing activities.
