Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and organized Marketing Coordinator to support marketing activities for our pharmaceutical business. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, sales teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities and campaigns.
• Support Product/Brand Managers in execution of marketing plans.
• Coordinate development of promotional materials, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
• Work closely with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and other internal teams.
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, CMEs, events, and promotional activities.
• Assist with market research, competitor tracking, and preparation of MIS reports.
• Maintain marketing trackers, budgets, documents, and activity reports.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for timely execution of projects.
• Ensure marketing activities and materials follow company policies and approval processes.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a relevant field.
• 3–7 years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience working with an MNC pharma company will be preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and work within timelines.
