Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing and digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with digital content and social media activities.
• Upload and update products/accessories on digital platforms.
• Handle live chat and customer enquiries.
• Generate, follow up, and update leads in ERP/CRM.
• Assist with email marketing and mass mailing campaigns.
• Monitor website analytics and prepare weekly reports.
• Support product/event photography and video shooting.
• Coordinate with the graphic design and sales teams.
• Manage and verify marketing materials and sales enquiries.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate or pursuing BBA/MBA/Marketing/Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Freshers and candidates with internship experience are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Email Marketing.
• Comfortable using MS Office/Excel and learning ERP/CRM software.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop or image/video editing will be an advantage.
• Good follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Candidates who are comfortable with customer interaction and lead follow-up will be preferred.
