About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing & Collaborations Executive to drive brand visibility, collaborations, and client engagement for Tvesate by Preeya. This role combines social media management, influencer marketing, events, and strategic tie-ups to support the studio's growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Content Management

•Plan and execute social media content strategies across platforms.

•Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.

•Coordinate and capture photos/videos for regular content creation.

•Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

2. Influencer Marketing & Collaborations

•Identify and onboard relevant influencers for brand collaborations.

•Manage influencer outreach, coordination, and deliverables.

•Track performance and outcomes of influencer campaigns.

3. Events & Brand Activations

•Plan and coordinate in-studio and external events.

•Support brand participation in exhibitions, pop-ups, and city-based opportunities.

•Handle event creatives, logistics, vendor coordination, and execution.

4. Partnerships & Referral Programs

•Build and maintain referral networks with doctors, makeup artists, and other professionals.

•Identify collaboration opportunities across relevant industries.

•Track and grow referral tie-ups based on defined targets.

5. Online Presence & Reputation Management

•Monitor and respond to Google reviews and online feedback.

•Support website updates and maintenance of online assets.

•Ensure brand visibility across digital platforms.

6. Data & Reporting

•Maintain records of tie-ups, referrals, and collaborations.

•Create and update marketing databases.

•Track progress against activity-based targets.

7. Content Creation Support

•Capture basic photography and videography content at the studio.

•Use tools like Canva to design creatives and marketing collaterals.

•Support basic video editing for reels and social media content.

8. Marketing Campaigns & Customer Outreach

•Plan and execute marketing campaigns across platforms, including WhatsApp campaigns, email marketing, promotional outreach, and customer engagement activities .
