About the Role

Vasantha Advanced Systems is looking for a proactive Marketing & Business Development professional to generate new business, build OEM relationships, and support growth in the EMS and electronics manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new EMS, electronics, and OEM business opportunities.
• - Generate leads through market research, networking, digital channels, and references.
• - Manage customer enquiries, quotations, proposals, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
• - Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
• - Support customer meetings, presentations, negotiations, exhibitions, and visits.
• - Conduct market/competitor research and support digital marketing activities.
• - Achieve business development and customer acquisition targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.
• - 2–3 years experience in Marketing, Business Development, or Sales; EMS/electronics experience preferred.
• - Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• - Good understanding of B2B sales; proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• - Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.

Preferred Skills

OEM/customer experience, knowledge of PCB Assembly, Box-Build or EMS, CRM & digital marketing, strong commercial acumen.
