Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Marketing & Business Development to drive new business, customer acquisition and revenue growth in the aerospace, engineering and advanced manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers, OEMs, Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers and industrial clients.
• Generate leads, RFQs and business opportunities and drive them through enquiry to order conversion.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.
• Promote Wingspann's aerospace manufacturing and engineering capabilities.
• Develop business opportunities for 3D Printing / Additive Manufacturing using Markforged X10.
• Identify applications for 3D-printed components, tooling, fixtures, prototypes and engineering solutions.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations and sales reports.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis and identify new business segments.
• Achieve monthly/annual sales and business development targets.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in B2B industrial sales/marketing/business development.
• Experience in Aerospace, Defence, Precision Engineering, Manufacturing or Additive Manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of 3D Printing and Markforged X10 will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and customer relationship skills.
• Result-oriented with good networking and business development capabilities.
