About this role
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across Madhya Pradesh for facility management, housekeeping, manpower services, maintenance, and other company services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, manufacturing industries, hospitals, educational institutions, commercial establishments, and government organizations.
- Conduct client visits, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to promote the company's services.
- Generate leads, identify potential clients, and convert business opportunities into confirmed projects and contracts.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential markets and business expansion opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Business Development team and management for preparing business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Identify relevant tenders, contract opportunities, and upcoming projects in the assigned territory.
- Maintain a database of prospective clients, sales leads, client meetings, and follow-up activities.
- Achieve assigned business development targets and submit regular sales and market activity reports to management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and effective client relationship management.
