Marketing & Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Marketing & Business Development Executive who will be responsible for developing new clients, visiting client and project sites across India, generating business opportunities, and converting leads into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new clients across India.
• Visit client offices, industries, and project sites for business development.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, references, and direct marketing.
• Meet clients, understand their requirements, and promote company services.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and follow up for order conversion.
• Bring new business/orders and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to understand and fulfill client requirements.
• Maintain regular reports of client meetings, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Travel extensively across India as required.

Required Skills

• 1 - 6 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
• Experience in the Electrical / Power / Industrial / Testing & Commissioning sector will be preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Good business development and lead-generation ability.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel Pan India.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / MBA in Marketing, Electrical, or a relevant field preferred.
