Job Summary

Mind Carve Communication, an advertising and branding agency established in 2011, is looking for a Growth Marketing & Brand Strategist to develop brand strategies, plan integrated marketing campaigns, drive business growth, and deliver effective marketing solutions for clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop brand positioning, marketing strategies, and growth plans aligned with client business objectives.
2. Plan and execute 360 marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, ATL, BTL, and other advertising channels.
3. Identify target audiences, analyse market trends, conduct competitor research, and identify growth opportunities.
4. Develop campaign concepts, marketing plans, and strategic briefs in collaboration with creative, design, and digital marketing teams.
5. Monitor campaign performance, analyse marketing metrics, and recommend strategies to improve brand awareness, lead generation, and ROI.
6. Manage client communication, present strategic recommendations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective campaign execution.

Mandatory Requirements

• Mandatory: Previous experience working in an advertising, branding, or digital marketing agency.
• Strong experience in brand strategy, growth marketing, and integrated campaign planning.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, advertising, ATL/BTL, and brand positioning.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to develop marketing strategies that support business growth and measurable results.

Qualification

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
