About this role
As a Marketing Automation Executive, you will manage and optimize our marketing automation processes using CRM tools such as Kartra, Go High Level, Active Campaign, etc. Your role will involve creating and managing forms, emails, complex automation, surveys, webpages, SMS campaigns, and sal es pipelines to convert leads into customers effectively. Join our dynamic team and drive our marketing efforts through advanced automation techniques.
What You ll Do:
- Form Creation: Design and implement forms to capture and collect information from potential leads.
- Email Automation: Develop and execute personalized email campaigns and sequences to nurture leads.
- Complex Automation: Create dynamic automations that perform actions based on various triggers and user behaviors.
- Survey Creation: Create and integrate surveys to gather customer feedback and improve lead scoring.
- Webpage Creation: Build and optimize webpages for lead capture and engagement using responsive design techniques.
- SMS Automation: Set up and manage SMS campaigns for real-time updates and customer engagement.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain sales pipelines to track and optimize the lead conversion process.
- Integration: Integrate CRM with different tools using API or similar techniques to streamline operations and improve data flow.
What We re Looking For:
- Proven experience with CRM tools such as Kartra, Go High Level, and ActiveCampaign.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and lead nurturing strategies.
- Ability to create and manage forms, emails, surveys, webpages, and SMS campaigns.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimizing email campaigns.
- Knowledge of conditional logic in form creation and survey integration with CRM data.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
