About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Associate with 2+ years of experience to drive Caratly's marketing across digital and offline channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who can take an idea from concept → execution → results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, both digital and offline.
• Own Caratly's social media strategy, content calendar, and campaigns.
• Manage influencer, creator, and brand collaborations.
• Plan and execute events, pop-ups, activations, and offline marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with designers, agencies, creators, vendors, and internal teams.
• Track campaign performance and use insights to improve marketing efforts.
• Stay on top of Gen Z, fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, and social media trends.
• Contribute to overall brand building and customer acquisition.
  

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, digital marketing, or social media.
• Strong understanding of social media and campaign management.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Creative, proactive, and highly organised.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience in D2C, fashion, jewellery, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
