Marketing Associate (Third-Party Payroll)

Role & responsibilities

• Raise and maintain Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in SAP.
• Support demand planning and inventory management of marketing materials.
• Coordinate air and sea dispatches of marketing materials across MEA markets.
• Manage courier dispatches of marketing materials from Head Office.
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders for administrative tasks like payments, vendor follow-ups etc

Maintain marketing documentation and trackers.

Preferred candidate profile

13 years of experience in administration and logistics. Exposure to SAP will be an added advantage.
