Marketing And Sales Representative

Job duties & responsibilities:

1. Responsible for sales and marketing of companys products in pan India.

2. Cold calling on daily basis.

3. Visiting various cities for market review and visiting probable customers in those cities.

4. Doing detailed process analysis at the customer end (new customers) for giving best solutions to them.

5. Contact and arrange visit to new customers to give introduction about company and its products.

6. Giving quotations to customers.

7. Contact and visit existing customers regarding quality, material requirement and payments.

8. Help in making new bath and new customers end.

9. To give training to new customers regarding the ways in which the companys products can be used.

10. Conducting meetings with customers and responsible for sales conversions.

11. Doing timely customer satisfaction surveys and taking feedbacks from the customers about the organizations services and the quality of products.

12. Doing market analysis to identify focus areas.

13. Contributing information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies.

14. Helping to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered.

15. Answering questions from clients about product and service benefits.

16. Maintaining excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.

17. Analyze trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.

18. Implementing and adherence to company policies and procedures.

19. Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed.
