Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing & Sales Manager to drive business growth through marketing strategy, sales support, operational coordination, and brand development. This role requires someone who can execute marketing initiatives, manage multiple projects, build systems and processes, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations & Strategy

Execute day-to-day marketing and sales activities aligned with company goals.

Work with freelancers and external vendors to ensure projects and initiatives are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Develop and maintain systems, workflows, and operational checklists to keep projects organized.

Create and manage reports, insights, and performance tracking tools.

Oversee website updates, enhancements, and ongoing improvements.

Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth.

Marketing Channel Management

Manage and optimize performance across:

Social media (content planning, posting, management, and engagement)

Email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns

Paid performance marketing initiatives

Startup and partnership marketing campaigns

Proactive planning and testing of collaborations
