Marketing and Sales Intern

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing & Sales Intern to join our team. This internship will provide practical exposure to sales, client communication, lead generation, marketing activities, and financial products. Candidates who perform well during the internship may be considered for a full-time opportunity / PPO based on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in lead generation and client acquisition.
• Make calls and communicate with prospective clients to understand their requirements.
• Explain the company's products and services to potential customers.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Support the team in scheduling client meetings and maintaining follow-ups.
• Assist in various marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Maintain and update customer/lead information in the CRM or internal systems.
• Coordinate with the sales team to track leads and conversion status.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports related to sales and marketing activities.
• Build professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Perform other marketing and sales-related activities as assigned.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or recently completed BBA, B.Com, MBA, PGDM, or any relevant degree.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Interest in sales, marketing, financial services, and client relationship management.
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
