About the Internship

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented MBA Marketing Intern to join our Sales & Marketing team for a 3-month internship. The intern will gain practical exposure to lead generation, business development, client interaction, sales conversion, market research, and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, emails, online research, networking, and other sales channels.
• Identify and approach potential customers and business opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and explain company products/services.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
• Assist the sales team in converting leads into customers.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Support sales and marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM or Excel records.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business development activities.
• Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.
• Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to support business growth.

Candidate Requirements

• MBA/MBA student with specialization in Marketing / Sales & Marketing.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant internship experience may apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good presentation and convincing abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and prospects.
• Willingness to work from the Bangalore office and participate in sales activities.
