Marketing and Communications Specialist

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Communications Specialist to drive BlissMoneys brand visibility, digital

engagement, and integrated marketing initiatives. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders, agencies,

designers, and external partners to execute high-quality marketing programs across channels.

1. Key Responsibilities

1.1 Social Media & Content

• Own and manage social media channels, including content planning, publishing, engagement, and performance tracking.
• Develop, edit, and manage website, social media, campaign, and marketing content, ensuring brand and messaging

consistency throughout.

1.2 Paid Digital Campaigns

• Plan and execute paid digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor and optimise campaign performance on an ongoing basis, not just at campaign close.

1.3 PR & Media

• Coordinate PR and media activities with internal stakeholders and external PR partners.

1.4 Creative & Agency Coordination

• Coordinate with designers and creative agencies for social creatives, campaign assets, presentations, digital banners, and

other marketing collateral.

1.5 Campaign & Stakeholder Management

• Manage the marketing content calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns and communication initiatives.
• Work with multiple internal and external stakeholders to take marketing initiatives from brief to execution.

1.6 Performance Tracking

• Track campaign and channel performance, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement - not just reporting

numbers, but recommending what to change.
