This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing and Communication Specialist Senior based in United States.
This is a remote opportunity supporting high-impact healthcare programs focused on strengthening fraud prevention and program integrity. You will play a central role in shaping clear, engaging communications for both internal and external audiences. The position combines strategic marketing, content development, digital communications, and campaign execution. You’ll create newsletters, blogs, branded materials, surveys, landing pages, and multimedia content while protecting a consistent brand identity. You’ll also use campaign metrics and audience insights to improve outreach and engagement over time. Working with program leadership, you’ll manage multiple priorities while ensuring quality, accessibility, accuracy, and timely delivery. This role is ideal for an experienced communications professional who enjoys combining creativity, strategy, technology, and mission-driven work.
Accountabilities:: Develop and maintain internal and external communications, including newsletters, blogs, branded materials, and other audience-focused content.
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including maintaining accurate distribution lists and interpreting campaign performance metrics.
Proofread, edit, and refine communications to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with established brand standards.
Create, distribute, and manage surveys to support engagement, information gathering, and program objectives.
Support quality assurance activities and ensure digital communications meet Section 508 accessibility requirements.
Design, update, and maintain landing pages using HTML and contribute to effective web-based communication experiences.
Support audio and video production requests and contribute to multimedia communication initiatives.
Conduct marketing research and translate findings into insights that strengthen communication and outreach strategies.
Protect and consistently apply the program’s brand identity, including its tone, voice, messaging, and visual presentation.
Support the Marketing and Communications Manager with special projects, leadership requests, and other communications initiatives.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and a high standard of deliverable quality.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in communications, marketing, or a related discipline.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional editing, storytelling, and content-development capabilities.
Demonstrated strategic planning skills and the ability to translate communication objectives into effective marketing activities.
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, campaign execution, audience segmentation, and performance measurement.
Proficiency in HTML and web design, including experience creating or maintaining landing pages.
Ability to analyze campaign metrics and use performance insights to recommend and implement improvements.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
Experience working with accessibility standards, particularly Section 508, is valuable.
Candidates must reside in the United States; work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Benefits:
Salary: Expected range of $85,093–$98,900 per year , with actual compensation determined by experience, geographic location, and applicable contractual requirements.
