Position Summary: Please note that the Job will close at 12am on Posting Close date, so please submit your application prior to the Close Date Grade - 13 • What you will do? • Manage and maintain fedex.com ecosystem across the MEISA (Middle East, India, and Sub-Saharan Africa) region, ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and an optimal customer experience. • Collaborate with cross functional teams, and regional stakeholders to deliver website enhancements, digital campaigns, and optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure the timely execution of website updates, campaigns, and digital projects • Develop and execute website personalization strategies to deliver relevant customer experiences, increase engagement, and improve conversion rates. • Build, manage, and optimize audience segments using behavioral, demographic, geographic, and customer data to enable targeted experiences. • Configure, launch, monitor, and optimize personalized content and digital experiences using enterprise personalization platforms such as Adobe Target. • Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to validate optimization hypotheses and improve website performance.
• Define experimentation frameworks, success metrics, and KPIs to ensure statistically sound, data-driven decision-making. • Leverage web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and optimization opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including conversion rate, customer engagement, bounce rate, retention, and revenue impact. • Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously enhance customer journeys, improve usability, and optimize digital experiences across the website.
• Ensure all digital optimization and personalization initiatives comply with data privacy regulations, governance standards, and organizational policies. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of audience strategies, experimentation plans, personalization use cases, implementation processes, and optimization best practices.
• Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital optimization, experimentation, and personalization to drive continuous improvement. • Hands-on experience with digital optimization, A/B testing, and personalization strategies. • Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics. • Experience with experimentation platforms like Adobe Target, Adobe Experience/cloud platform Optimizely, or VWO. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. • Understanding of customer journey optimization, UX principles, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is preferred. • Experience working with CMS platforms, preferably AEM. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. • What you can expect… o Work on complex digital optimization challenges that drive measurable business impact across multiple markets. o Gain exposure to cross-regional initiatives by collaborating with global stakeholders and diverse teams. o Develop expertise in experimentation, personalization, analytics, and data-driven decision-making o Thrive in a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning, innovation, and professional growth.
