We are looking for a motivated Market Research Database Enrichment Intern to support our go-to-market and sales enablement efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into data, spotting patterns, and turning raw information into structured, actionable insights that directly support business development, partnerships, and outreach strategy.
You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and partnerships teams to research target accounts, enrich prospect databases, and help build a clearer picture of the market landscape Certinal operates in.
Key Responsibilities - Research and enrich contact and account data (from event attendee lists, CRM exports, and other sources) with details such as company type, industry, title/seniority, and relevance to Certinals offerings.
- Classify companies and contacts as prospects, partners, or competitors based on defined criteria, flagging ambiguous cases for review.
- Conduct market research on industry trends, regulatory developments (e.g., DPDP, data privacy regulations), and competitive positioning (e.g., e-signature and digital consent platforms).
- Support post-event follow-up workflows, including organizing and enriching attendee lists for outreach.
- Assist in maintaining accuracy and consistency of data within CRM/spreadsheet systems.
- Help build and refine competitive battlecards and market landscape summaries.
- Collaborate with sales and partnerships teams to understand data needs and translate them into structured research outputs.
- Present findings in clear, organized formats (spreadsheets, summaries, or short reports) for internal stakeholders.
- Final-year student or recent graduate (B.Tech, MBA, or equivalent).
- Any relevant prior internship experience

Duration and Benefits - Internship duration: 3-6 months
