About the Job
We are looking for a Market Research & Business Intelligence Expert to identify new industries, markets, and business opportunities for our software development, digital transformation, and AI solutions.The role will focus on understanding industries, identifying technology gaps and business challenges, validating market needs, and providing actionable insights to guide our business development, technology, and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Research markets and industries to identify business opportunities and technology adoption potential.

• Identify technology gaps, operational challenges, automation, AI, and digital transformation opportunities.

• Conduct market, competitor, and technology research to understand trends, solutions, and customer pain points.

• Engage with potential customers and industry stakeholders to gather insights and understand their needs.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technology teams to validate opportunities and solutions.

• Identify target segments, decision-makers, and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).

• Evaluate the commercial potential and feasibility of technology opportunities.

• Prepare concise research reports with key findings, opportunities, and recommendations.

• Support Sales and Marketing with insights for targeting, positioning, messaging, and lead generation.

• Experience in market research, business intelligence, business analysis, strategy, or related fields.

• Strong analytical, research, communication, and critical-thinking skills.

• Confidence in engaging with customers and industry stakeholders to gather insights.

• Ability to understand business challenges and identify technology-driven solutions.

• Good understanding of software development, AI, automation, and digital transformation.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technology teams.

• Ability to turn research and stakeholder feedback into clear, actionable business recommendations.

• Experience in technology, AI, software development, consulting, or digital transformation is an advantage.
