Agrawal Developers is looking for a highly analytical, research-driven and entrepreneurial professional who can identify, evaluate and help execute new business opportunities across emerging and high-growth industries.

We are expanding beyond real estate and exploring diversified business ventures. We need someone who can take an idea from market research to feasibility analysis and on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research: Conduct comprehensive industry analysis, market sizing, growth forecasts, competitor benchmarking and emerging opportunity identification.
2. Business Feasibility: Prepare detailed feasibility reports, CAPEX/OPEX estimates, revenue models, ROI analysis and investment proposals.
3. Business Strategy: Identify potential business models, market entry strategies, risks and competitive advantages.
4. Industry Networking: Connect with industry experts, consultants, technology providers, vendors and potential business partners.
5. Project Execution: Support the complete journey from initial research and planning to vendor evaluation, negotiations, implementation and project launch.
6. Management Reporting: Prepare professional presentations, business plans, financial models and actionable recommendations for directors.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, MBA, Finance, Economics or related fields.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred in market research, business consulting, startup strategy or new business development.
• Strong understanding of multiple industries, especially data centres, renewable energy, infrastructure and emerging technologies.
• Excellent analytical skills, financial modelling, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Strong communication, networking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and execute projects.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in building new businesses.
