We are looking for an experienced Market Research with a strong background in lead generation, cold email campaigns, and demand generation. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with the US market and handling both IT and non-IT segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive lead gen strategies for the US market, including segmentation and targeting.
• Plan, execute, and optimize cold email outreach and demand generation campaigns.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities across IT and non-IT sectors.
• Manage a small team and ensure achievement of lead gen KPIs.
• Build prospect databases using required tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead gen strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 812 years of total experience with strong exposure to US market research.
• Hands-on experience in lead generation, cold emailing, and demand generation.
• Proficient with tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, HubSpot, Instantly, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
