Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Market Manager to drive sales growth, acquire new retailers, manage existing buyer relationships, and increase business through effective market development. The role involves promoting Udaans own products, generating orders, reactivating dormant buyers, and ensuring timely credit recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing buyers and retailers.
• Generate new leads, onboard retailers, and expand the customer base.
• Collect orders from existing buyers and drive repeat business.
• Promote Udaan’s private-label and own-brand products to retailers.
• Reactivate dormant buyers and increase their purchasing frequency.
• Manage credit analysis, payment follow-ups, and outstanding recovery.
• Inform buyers about promotional schemes, discounts, and special offers.
• Resolve buyer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term buyer relationships.
• Coordinate with the reporting manager to review sales performance, achieve targets, and address key market challenges.

Ideal Candidate

Candidates with experience in B2B sales, FMCG sales, retail distribution, general trade, or retailer relationship management will be preferred. Experience in customer acquisition, order booking, and credit recovery will be an added advantage.
