Title: Market Development Head

Job Purpose:

To lead market development initiatives at the branch level by identifying local growth opportunities, expanding the customer and influencer base, driving brand visibility, and supporting the sales team through strategic engagement with specifiers, consultants, and channel partners.

Requirements, Skills & Competencies

• Graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing.
  - MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is preferred.
• 12 years of experience in market development, business development, or strategic sales.
• Experience in the electrical, construction, or industrial products sector is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in managing regional or branch-level market development initiatives.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting dashboards.
