The successful candidate will convert complex operational and financial data into clear business insight, executive-ready reporting, and measurable optimization outcomes.

    • Develop executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, quarterly business updates, vendor insights, trend analysis, and management reporting that support senior decision-making.

    • Create and maintain a single source of truth for market data reporting and management information, translating complex operational and financial data into concise, actionable recommendations.

    • Identify, quantify, prioritize, and drive expense management initiatives across index, non-index, reference data, terminals, research, ESG data, and other market data categories.

    • Partner with Finance, Procurement, business stakeholders, Technology, and vendors to monitor spend, challenge demand, track benefits realization, and drive sustainable optimization outcomes.

    • Establish KPIs and governance reporting across demand management, onboarding, renewals, vendor performance, productivity, operational effectiveness, and cost optimization.

    • Lead implementation and ongoing enhancement of BI and reporting capabilities, including reporting requirements, data models, dashboard strategy, and scalable reporting infrastructure.

    • Provide visibility into onboarding pipelines, approval workflows, demand trends, vendor requests, and operational bottlenecks to support future gatekeeping and governance capabilities.

    • Build and manage strong relationships with Market Data Leadership, Finance, Procurement, Technology, Investment Teams, and external vendors.

    • Drive adoption of new governance, reporting, transparency, and expense management practices across a large, global, highly matrixed operating environment.

    • Operate as a hands-on player-coach, balancing direct delivery with leadership of an emerging analytics, reporting, and governance capability.

    • Change leadership - has the resilience, judgment, and credibility to drive change in large, global, complex, and matrixed organizations.

    • Pace and discipline - balances strategic thinking with reliable execution, tangible work products, and measurable progress.

    • Curiosity and continuous improvement - looks for opportunities to improve transparency, governance, data quality, operating effectiveness, and scalability.

These skills will help you succeed in this role

    • Strong proficiency with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, reporting platforms, and related data analytics capabilities.

    • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions constructively, and build alignment across diverse teams.

    • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create concise executive updates, governance materials, operating reviews, and stakeholder communications.

    • Comfort operating in ambiguity, building new capabilities, establishing repeatable processes, and designing scalable operating models.
