Role & responsibilities

• Creating written and video content for building brand awareness, product promotion, participation in seminars and exhibitions
• Assist in the development / implementation of digital marketing plans and measure effectiveness
• Set targets and achieve digital sales revenue
• Maintenance and upgrades to digital website
• Strong proficiency in web analytics and business research tools
• Gather, analyse, interpret and present data on customers, competitors and market conditions to monitor and forecast sales trends as well as emerging technologies
• Prepare and present reports to sales team and management
• Ensuring information is shared with channel partners
• Experience in e-commerce sales and marketing
