Herbnexus Private Limited invites applications for the position of Market Activation Officer for its brand, Whiff, a Herbal Neurosensory wellness range.

The role is responsible for establishing and expanding the brand's on-ground presence. The appointed candidate will lead product sampling, retail distribution and partnerships across Nagpur and the surrounding markets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute sampling drives, retail pop-ups, and brand activations
• Onboard and service retail, and ensure consistent stock availability and staff product training
• Develop partnerships with Retailers and event organisers.
• Monitor and report cost per sample, conversion, and repeat purchase rates on a weekly basis
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure on-ground insights inform brand and campaign decisions

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of experience in field sales, below-the-line activation, retail expansion, or event marketing
• Demonstrated ability to initiate conversations with prospective customers
• Strong analytical discipline; performance will be assessed on measurable outcomes
• Willingness to travel within the region. A two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred
• Proficiency in Hindi, Marathi, and English
