Working - 6 days from office

Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and confident professional to drive on-ground BTL activities, consumer activations and teacher awareness programmes across multiple cities and regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute BTL activations, events and consumer engagement activities.
• Coordinate on-ground activities across multiple cities, including manpower, vendors, logistics and materials.
• Develop advance activation plans and ensure timely execution.
• Manage promoters, agencies and other event partners.
• Track execution, participation and effectiveness of activations.
• Travel extensively across regions as required.
• Interact confidently with consumers, teachers and other stakeholders and address groups when required.

Preferred candidate profile

• 12 years' experience with an event/BTL agency, OR 2–3 years' experience as a promoter/field activation executive.
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Confident, energetic and comfortable working on the ground.
• Strong planning, coordination and execution skills.
• Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
